Chapter 12: Work Less, Do More
One of the best ways to find out where you can save time is by better understanding where you are spending time now. Chapter 15: Make a Gratitude List
Making a gratitude list is a simple way to boost your mood and your outlook on a situation or life in general. It’s really simple, too. Just find a quiet, comfortable place, a piece of paper and something to write with, and jot down things that you are grateful for. I find that doing this once per month or so helps me to stay grounded, less stressed and happier.

If you are going through a tough time, give yourself a break. For me, reading stories of other people who have overcome challenges and adversity gives me the confidence that I can do it, too.
